New Program and New Location

Happy New Year!!

If you’re like me, you’re thrilled to have 2018 behind you and ready to start fresh in 2019. There was plenty of turmoil throughout the year, and we got through another hectic holiday season. Keep reading to find out how you can start off on the right foot in 2019.

Signature System for Sleep Difficulties

Many patients I work with have difficulty sleeping, whether it's falling asleep or staying asleep. Poor sleep creeps in slowly as we force ourselves to stay on all the time. Our bodies forget how to turn off when it’s time to rest. When this happens, we feel exhausted all the time, stressed-out, worried and frustrated.

At the end of 2018, I developed a signature system for helping people who have difficulty sleeping. I call it the Fast Asleep Program. I’m able to correct imbalances that develop from an always-on lifestyle so you can "turn off" to get the rest you need, and "turn on" in the morning fully rested and full of energy.

If you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, and you want to feel better now, schedule a no-obligation, no-cost 30-minute Discovery Session today. Here’s how I help you in a Discovery Session:

  1. Listen and understand your current condition and wellness goals

  2. Identify imbalances contributing to your condition

  3. Recommend resources and solutions to help you feel better fast

  4. Discuss whether acupuncture is right for you

  5. Schedule your first treatment if you decide the Fast Asleep Program is right for you
